Updated odds and props for the Mayweather-McGregor fight
It’s crunch time for bettors as the clock ticks down to the opening bell of Saturday’s boxing match between Floyd Mayweather and Conor McGregor at T-Mobile Arena.
Odds were first posted on a mythical Mayweather-McGregor boxing match Feb. 16, when the South Point sports book made Mayweather a minus-2,700 favorite and McGregor a plus-1,200 underdog. When the fight was officially announced June 14, Mayweather opened as a minus-1,100 favorite and McGregor a plus-700 ’dog.
More than 90 percent of the bets at Las Vegas sports books are on McGregor, and the heavy action on the underdog drove down Mayweather’s price to as low as minus-475 at CG Technology and Boyd Gaming sports books.
As of Thursday afternoon, Mayweather was minus-600 and McGregor plus-425 at the Westgate sports book, and Mayweather was minus-500 and McGregor plus-400 at William Hill sports books.
