Long Shot – 3 Guidopanzini

Race 2 – 1 mile (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $57,000, Optional claiming $62,500, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

3 Double Ante – Among many getting class relief in this lesser spot; at lead she is protected by Art Sherman.

1 Byrony – May be the first time she is running for a price tag; she might be worth the price as a broodmare alone.

Long Shot – 5 Appealing

Race 3 – 7 furlongs, Purse $27,000, Maiden claiming $40,000, 3-year-olds and up

5 Gentleman Pete – Taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming; cuts back in distance to elongated sprint.

2 Surf N Ski – Sliding down the maiden claiming ladder; was well bet down to 5/2 last time out.

Long Shot – 3 Sinfully

Race 4 – 1 1/16th miles, Purse $19,000, Maiden claiming $20,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

3 Proud Bok – Sliding down the maiden claiming ladder; the less races the better at this bottom class level.

6 Pay the Cutie – Has finished in the money her last two starts; one of these nights she may just inherit the lead.

4 Tummel – Interesting price play with Garrett Gomez up; suspect he’ll take far back and make his patented late run.

2 Sweet Swap – Gutsy win in last when he had to battle all the way; steps up a condition, but is in good form.

3 Compari – Class relief from a grade 2 stakes for this; been away a full year, key vote comes from Garrett Gomez.

Long Shot – 1 Boat Trip

3 Hail Mary – Exploded with a career topper in Hollywood debut; she may just love the synthetics that much.

5 Iotapa – No shame running second to Beholder in the Oaks; like the cut back in distance to this elongated sprint.
