2 Cavalla – Chalk fits well in this soft spot; tactical speed to save ground and stalk the pace.

6 Beautiful Strike – Mario Gutierrez hasn’t been given enough work; only trainers who ride him are Doug O’Neill and Troy Taylor.

Long Shot – 1 Warren’s Judy

Race 3 – 1 1/16th miles, Purse $25,000, Maiden claiming $20,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

8 Liar Liar Liar – Been keeping an eye on Jeff Mullins barn; suspect he’s ready to explode in a big way this meet.

9 Top Knot – Sliding down the maiden claiming ladder to this low class; added Lasix and blinkers on in last.

9 Gutshot Straight – Mike Mitchell is another good trainer flying under the radar this meet; using Martin Garcia.

7 Diamond of Blue – Jerry Hollendorfer is having another typically good meet; good to see Corey Nakatani with a live mount.

1 Zanbo – Mike Pupye is pitching a goose egg after a fantastic Hollywood meet; that happens as horses win out of conditions.

7 Tiz a Classy Lass – Marty Jones decided early on this was a turf horse; graduated with grit in last under Julien Leparoux.
