5 Courageousandbold – Claimed off a sharp win in last for John Sadler; can she repeat a career best race, we’ll find out.

Long Shot – 1 Good Acktress

Race 2 – 1 mile (turf), Purse $58,000, Optional claiming $25,000, Cal-breds, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

7 Atta Girl Alma – Don’t usually like recent graduates; Richard Baltas has an uncoupled entry so be wary of Distant Glow.

2 Boller Bomb – The filly she beat, Callous Effect, ran awful on Thursday; double tough if she repeats her race.

Long Shot – 4 Distant Glow

Race 3 – 1 mile, Purse $19,000, Claiming $10,000, 4-year-olds and up

5 Hasty Trend – Small field kicks off the pick 6 with a C/O of $370K; hard not to get involved in a positive expectency.

1 Buds Pal – Sharp win over bottom rung claimers in last; when Julio Canani gets them good, they stay good for a while.

Long Shot – 2 Cook Inlet

Race 4 – 1 mile (turf), Purse $35,000, Maiden claiming $75,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

10 Intoxicating More – Eastern invader likely has more class than it looks in the DRF; key vote is from Rafael Bejarano.

5 Mille Luna – Taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming; Garrett Gomez takes the call too.

Long Shot – 7 Lord Kitra

2 Southern Journey – Like the idea of Richard Baltas using Edwin Maldonado and blinkers on; chased Bikini Bottom, next out winner.

11 Hero’s Marine – Taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming; may have gotten two test drives.

1 Mr. Bossy Pants – Has won three times since claimed by Robertino Diodoro; interesting switch to Edwin Maldonado.

7 Distort This – Kevin Krigger takes over for Edwin Maldonado; like the outside post going down the hillside course.

Race 7 – 6 furlongs, Purse $30,000, Starter allowance $40,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

2 A Drop Dead Diva – Claimed by Jim Cassidy off a sharp debut win; ran protected as he’s got himself a useful horse.

7 Peppy Bolly – Has run second 4-of-4 starts on natural dirt; like the outside post to stalk the early speed.

Long Shot – 3 Cassandra Lynne

Race 8 – 1 mile (turf), Purse $35,000, Maiden claiming $75,000, 3-year-olds and up

5 Indian Gods – Rafael Becerra claimed this Bob Baffert cull two races ago; good turf debut so he has flexibility.

7 Copper Bay – Taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming; key move is switch to Rafael Bejarano.
