3 Star Nicholas – Closed like a banshee in last, now drops to the lowest level of his career; 9-YO still tries hard.
Long Shot – 2 Itssultryinthecape
Race 2 – 5 1/2 furlongs, Purse $31,000, Maiden claiming $50,000, Fillies, 3-year-olds
4 Love My Way – Taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming; blinker’s on, Rafael Bejarano stays.
5 Anita Margarita – Another taking the big class drop from MSW to maiden claiming; flattered when Starlight Magic won next out.
Long Shot – 6 Queen Mercury
Race 3 – 1 mile (turf, rail at 24 feet), Purse $58,000, Optional claiming $80,000, Fillies, 3-year-olds
3 Byrama – Had a less than perfect trip in her U.S. debut; she ran like she has a big upside and a futre in the states.
4 Graser – Mike Mitchell private purchase imported from England; he tries new ones last week and they did not fire.

3 Lottawampum – Ran good enough in debut to beat this kind; David Flores, who wins for Mike Pupye, for the injured Garrett Gomez.
5 Endless Fancy – Been away a full year; exited a hot MSW where Home Sweet Aspen and Mildly Offensive both won next out.

7 Bailmeoutbugsy – Huge class dropper broke his maiden at Santa Anita when it was synthetics; lively pace will benefit him.
1 Dave’s Pacemaker – Found new life in NoCal for a $4K price tag; the bottom up there is like the bottom down south.

4 Shezabigbroad – She broke her MSW at Santa Anita in her only dirt start; returns in what should be a fast paced race.
2 To the Top – Won like a rocket ship last time; flattered when Smilin From Above won next out, wish she had run protected though.
Long Shot – 1 Big Tsimmis

4 Don Perico – With the turf rail out 24 feet, I am looking for the speed of the speed; catch Joel Rosario on this bullet to win.
6 Dance With Gable – Joel Rosario and Rafael Bejarano never duel; expect Raffy to take back and sit a trip.
