Race 1 – 6 furlongs, Purse $30,000, Maiden claiming $50,000, Cal-breds, 3-year-olds and up

Race 2 – 6 furlongs (turf, rail at 20 feet), Purse $54,000, Allowance, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

2 Love My Way – With the turf rail out 20 feet, speed is a major asset tonight; she will play catch me if you can.

Long Shot – 1 Candy and Thunder

Race 3 – 1 1/8th miles, Purse $23,000, Maiden claiming $30,000, 3-year-olds and up

4 Tap It In – Was flattered when Ranchero won next out; should improve a lot in second start off a 13-month layoff.

Long Shot – 4 Entabeni

Race 5 – 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $20,000, Maiden claiming $20,000, 3-year-olds and up

5 Master Rudy – Tepid chalk takes a small, but subtle, drop in class; this is a slow group so it won’t take much.

9 First Blue Angel – Another who finds himself at the bottom rung of the ladder; ran OK last time, first for a price tag.

Long Shot – 2 Sweet Edition

Race 6 – 6 furlongs, Purse $37,000, Starter allowance $40,000, 3-year-olds and up

7 Call Me Jones – Good try off the claim by Steve Knapp; this is his first race ever over the sythetic surface.

Long Shot – 3 Easy Going Boykie

Race 7 – 1 1/16th miles, Purse $54,000, Optional claiming $25,000, Cal-breds, 3-year-olds and up

3 Corner Office – Tiny edge in a very evenly matched field; was not disgraced in the $300K Snow Chief last out.

Long Shot – 1 Real Conundrum

Race 8 – 5 furlongs, Purse $18,000, Claiming $8,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up

7 Winter Blossom – Speedball should relish the going on Friday night; speed under the lights seems to hold up better.
