2 Red Dwarf – Looks a bit cheap, but he has a terrific record over synthetics; he’s in form while others look a bit ratty.
Long Shot – 5 Miles Heir
Race 2 – 5 furlongs, Purse $29,000, Maiden claiming $50,000, Cal-breds, Fillies, 2-year-olds
3 Ruler of the Tribe – Peter Miller wins more races at Hollywood than anywhere else; he’s stabled in Inglewood year round.
6 Kevin’s Kool Kat – FTS has hot connections of Doug O’Neill and Rafael Bejarano; ask O’Neill the last time he talked with Joe Drape.
Long Shot – 1 Ciao Valentina

4 The Unusual One – Reunited with Barry Abrams so maybe he’ll wake up; wide open scrum to start the pick 6.
2 K Js Maddog – Jeff Mullins cooled off after a hot start to the meet; this one lost all chance at the start in last.
Long Shot – 6 Sidepocket Kid

5 Et Tu Walker – Claimed by Doug O’Neill off a good try for John Sadler; ran much better when dropped in for a price tag.
3 Bold Agressor – Rafael Bejarano should rule the roost at Del Mar sans Joel Rosario; notice he’s winning at 30 percent now.
Long Shot – 1 Three Buttons Down
Race 5 – 1 mile (turf, rail at 10 feet), Purse $52,000, Allowance, 3-year-olds and up
3 Antidote – Tidy chalk in a race that’s a lot tougher than it looks; has chased some good ones of late including Slim Shadey.
4 Arraignment – Ron Ellis dropped him in for $25K in last and squeezed out a victory; back to allowance company, this is a lot tougher.
Long Shot – 7 Hasty Trend
Race 6 – 1 1/16th miles, Purse $50,000, Maiden special weights, 3-year-olds and up
6 Money Talker – Garrett Gomez got used to this guy last time; expect an even better effort tonight closing like a banshee.
4 Stars and Moons – Ron Ellis has been busy the last few weeks of the Hollywood meet; this one he is adding blinkers on.
Long Shot – 3 Fable Haven

1 Tasty Treat – Had to pick this filly; my best friend in high school, his folks owned a Tasty Treat and we’d eat free on his work shifts.
3 Ms. G. I Jane – If she beats Tasty Treat I’ll get an upset stomach; another difficult race in the midst of the pick 6.

3 Miceli – Has the strongest race on his resume; hung in throughout in a wicked fast early pace.
