Race 1 – 1 1/16th miles (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $45,000, Maiden special weights, Cal-breds, 3-year-olds and up
2 Victory Cup – Was not bet in career debut, but showed promise with a big late run; tough if he improves one step.
3 Warren’s Big Cat – Always goes off at high odds, but sometimes gets a piece; will be running through the stretch.
Long Shot – 1 Trando’s Tremor
Race 2 – 7 furlongs, Purse $48,000, Allowance, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
2 Lady Liam – Flattered when Include Me Out won her next start; her races at Del Mar were faster, she can improve.
3 Technicality – Awful SoCal debut after decent reume at Monmouth; suspect she will rebound at a square price.
Long Shot – 4 Solar Wind
Race 3 – 1 mile (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $37,000, Claiming $40,000, 3-year-olds
5 Bronster – Has run two differenct styles in last 2 turf routes; expect him to show tactical speed and finish.
2 Joker Face – Tepid chalk has shown more since adding blinkers on 3 races back; inside trip under Rafael Bejarano.
Long Shot – 7 Welcome Home Ryan
Race 4 – 6 furlongs, Purse $16,000, Claiming $8,000, 3-year-olds and up
5 Howmuchisit – Set a wicked early pace in last and just missed; he figures to play catch me if you can once again.
9 Dee Dee’s Legacy – Will see a fast early pace to chase; his style is to close late, parking lot post to clock the speed.
Long Shot – 8 Skippy Due
Race 5 – 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $18,000, Maiden claiming $20,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
7 Satin Bouquet – John Sadler has an uncoupled entry and he has the race surrounded; this is the longer price of the two.
16 Geniality – Favorite is also taking a big class drop for John Sadler; gets the hot riding Joel Rosario, who had a choice.
Long Shot – 3 My Brite Caroline
Race 6 – 1 mile (turf, rail at 15 feet), Purse $32,000, Starter allowance $40,000, Fillies and mares, 3-year-olds and up
2 Blue Grass Music – John Sadler has another live one with Joel Rosario up; been knocking on the door in turf routes.
1 blue Tambourine – Claimed by Peter Miller off a sharp maiden claiming win; suspect will be sent from the inside.
Long Shot – 3 Dubai Perfecto
Race 7 – 7 1/2 furlongs, $60,000 Yo Eleven, 3-year-olds and up
4 El Gato Malo – Could not keep up with the wicked fast pace of the Morvich in last; today’s softer pace will help.
1 Tweebster – Bob Baffert has an uncoupled entry in here; been away 8-months since a long shot try in the Big Cap.
Long Shot – 5 Square Eddie
Race 8 – 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $18,000, Maiden claiming $20,000, 3-year-olds and up
3 What a Rush – Taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming; need not be much to handle these.
9 Sentry Duty – Sliding down the maiden claiming ladder to this career low class; big rider switch to Joe Talamo.
Long Shot – 1 Spicy Beau
Best Bet – 2 Lady Liam (race 2)
