Race 4 – 1 1/16th miles, $100,000 Cal Cup Juvenile, Cal-breds, 2-year-olds
9 Champions Gate – Another race where the starters have little experience around 2 turns; his MSW win two back was a corker.

Long Shot -3 Sun’s Out
Race 7 – 1 1/8th miles (turf), $175,000 Cal Cup Classic, Cal-breds, 3-year-olds and up
6 Tamarack Smarty – Dead-late closer is always at the mercy of the pace; if he gets a clean trip, he’ll be double tough.
2 Norvsky – Has a terrific turf resume with 10-of-11 in the money finishes; good enough to handle open company too.
Long Shot – 7 Lucky Primo
Race 8 – 6 furlongs, $100,000 Cal-Cup Sprint, Cal-breds, 3-year-olds and up
