4 Bella Palooza – Chased two good ones in Kilograeme and Rumor last time; this is a much easier spot for her.
5 Desperate Measures – Just lost to the favorite last time; figures to be the main speed, catch her to win.
Long Shot – 6 Rachel Jones
Race 2 – 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $19,000, Maiden claiming $20,000, Fillies and mares, 4-year-olds and up
4 Subtle Creek – Was nowhere in last, now returns to face her friends; Tom Bell adding blinkers on.
2 Ballerina Angel – Been away 15 months, but faced much tougher back when; key vote comes from Rafael Bejarano.
Long Shot – 6 Just Call’er
Race 3 – 6 1/2 furlongs, Purse $38,000, Claiming $40,000, 4-year-olds and up
1 Hard Bill – Dead-late closer will hope for pace to chase; Joe Talamo saves ground and comes firing late.
2 Silver Stetson Man – Has lots of speed, but the ability to rate just off the pace; dangerous foe with tactical speed.
Long Shot – 4 Italian Rules
Race 4 – 1 mile, Purse $23,000, Maiden claiming $30,000, 3-year-olds
3 T. K. Fortysix – Did everything but win last time in a solid try; beaten favorite is better than that, the one to beat.
1 All de Victors – Taking the biggest class drop in racing from MSW to maiden claiming; Rafael Bejarano is riding hot.
Long Shot – 6 Star Navigator
Race 5 – 6 furlongs, Purse $20,000, Claiming $12,500, Fillies, 3-year-olds
6 Hanakkuh – Speedball tactics could be tough to collar with these; third start off a 3-month hiatus.
2 Banana Cream Pie – Doug O’Neill has an uncoupled entry so keep an eye on Don’t Tell Me That; wins and drops in class.

3 Cadazzle – Much-improved effort in last; suspect Tom Proctor filly is improving and Garrett Gomez remains loyal.
7 Around the Twig – Tries turf for the first time; her last route try was very good, expect a stalking trip.

Race 7 – 1 mile, $75,000 Santana Mile, 4-year-olds and up
7 Kensei – Steve Asmussen barn is en fuego after a slumber party early on; Garrett Gomez joining the “A” train.
8 Misremembered – This is a first step in what Bob Baffert hopes is a championship season; won’t be wound tight for this.
Long Shot – 3 Honour the Deputy

7 Warren’s Got Game – Is eligible for this first-level condition because he is a Cal-breds; might be better than we think.
3 Cry Hallelujah – Sharp MSW win, now facing veterans for the first time; has excelled since switch to grass.

2 Kim’s Leading Man – Dead-late closer can run over the top of these late; sliding down the claiming ladder for this.
9 B’s Lucky Strike – Logical chalk in a wide-open finale; ran well in last while facing tougher foes.
