Where to catch the madness in Las Vegas

Madness is defined by Merriam-Webster’s dictionary as “the quality or state of being mad: as rage, insanity, extreme folly or ecstasy and enthusiasm.

March Madness is defined by Las Vegas as “party time.”

Below is a sampling of some of the city’s many NCAA Tournament viewing parties (in alphabetical order):

BROOKLYN BOWL

Where: Brooklyn Bowl

Cost: $185 per person to $2,595 and up for man cave packages. Includes all-you-can-eat breakfast and bar food buffets and all-you-can-drink Coors Light and PBR. Man cave packages include all-you-can-drink well drinks, personal big screen and two bowling lanes with premium leather sofas and a table.

CRAZY HORSE III

Where: Crazy Horse III gentlemen’s club

Cost: Free. Features $20 buckets of Bud Light, bottle specials, late-night sushi and pizza and complimentary limo service, pending availability.

CAESARS PALACE

Where: Race and Sports Book Lounge

Cost: $200 to $550 beverage minimum per person. Includes select seating and tables per game set or for full day.

Where: Slice Bar

Cost: $75 to $250 food and beverage minimum per person. Includes seat per set or for full day.

Where: Border Grill at The Forum Shops

Cost: $75 to $100 per person. Includes bottomless beer, margarita and sangria, $2 tacos, $5 quesadlillas and more.

THE COSMOPOLITAN

Where: The Chelsea

Cost: $65 to $375 per person for three-day VIP pass. Includes blackjack and bracket betting, shuffleboard, billiards, darts, pinball and a hardwood basketball court. General admission tickets include three drink vouchers and access to open seating. VIP tickets include unlimited cocktails and VIP seating.

THE D

Where: 12th Floor Ballroom

Cost: $130 to $230 per person. Includes private section, open bar, unlimited food from American Coney and Nacho Daddy, betting stations, table games. Available in blocks of four hours, six hours and eight hours.

EL CORTEZ

Where: Fiesta Room

Cost: Free. Includes $2 beers and $1 hot dogs.

FLAMINGO LAS VEGAS

Where: Flamingo

Cost: $127 per person to $2,760 for man cave for group of eight. Includes all-you-can-eat buffet, all-you-can-drink Miller Lite and Coors Light, betting stations and table games. Man cave includes private living room areas and TVs, pool access, premium buffet and open bar.

HARD ROCK HOTEL

Where: The Joint

Cost: $75 per person. Includes bottomless Bud Light drafts, soft drinks and multiple betting stations. Special room rates through Sunday include free entry to two of Hard Rock’s spring break pool parties.

THE LINQ

Where: Tilted Kilt

Cost: $100 to $200 per person. Includes bottomless draft beer and a seat. For one, two or three days.

THE MIRAGE

Where: Rhumbar

Cost: $150 to $375 per person for four-day package. Includes unlimited premium mixed drinks (select brands) and beers (select brands) and all-you-can-eat food including breakfast burritos, double cheeseburgers, nachos, hot dogs and more.

MONTE CARLO

Where: Double Barrel Roadhouse

Cost: $65 to $125 per person. Includes all-you-can-drink and all-you-can-eat from a select menu, with bar stool, patio table, floor table and VIP table seating for up to eight people.

PLANET HOLLYWOOD

Where: Hoops on the Mezz

Cost: $122 per person to $2,000 for man cave for group of nine. Includes all-you-can-eat buffet, all-you-can-drink Miller Lite and Coors Light, giveaways, betting stations and table games. Man cave includes private living room areas, premium buffet and open bar.

SLS LAS VEGAS

Where: Umami Burger, Beer Garden &Sports Book

Cost: $50 per person. Includes drink tickets or food and beverage credit and $10 sports bet.

Where: The Sayers Club

Cost: $75 per person. Includes open bar.

SOUTH POINT

Where: South Point Grand Ballroom

Cost: Free. Features $16 buckets of Bud beers, $25 pitchers of Bloody Mary’s and Margaritas, betting stations and free chair massages.

TREASURE ISLAND

Where: TI Ballroom

Cost: Free. Features table seating, food and beverage concessions and betting stations.

THE VENETIAN

Where: The Rockhouse at The Grand Canal Shoppes

Cost: $200 to $400 per person. Includes premium open bar and appetizer for one, two or three days.

WESTGATE LAS VEGAS

Where: Westgate Theater

Cost: Free. Features 1,500-seat, smoke-free environment, five giant HD screens, betting stations, giveaways and food and drink specials including $3 beers and $2 hot dogs.
