Here’s about how much it would cost Las Vegans to visit every MLB park

The 2016 Major League Baseball season kicked off this week with Opening Day on Monday, and for many, nothing signals the start of spring quite like heading to the ballpark and taking in a game.

Unfortunately, when you live in a state — *cough* Nevada *cough* — that isn’t home to its own MLB team (OK, yes, we know the Las Vegas 51s argument), traveling to catch a game can get pretty expensive and it turns into a trip.

Luckily, Las Vegas is pretty close to a handful of MLB teams — Arizona Diamondbacks, San Diego Padres, Los Angeles Dodgers, Los Angeles Angels, Oakland Athletics and San Francisco Giants — so it’s not too much trouble to make a day trip, or even a quick weekend trip, to get your MLB fix.

In conjunction with a cost analysis by the personal finance website GOBankingRates, which looked at the expense of going to a game at all 30 MLB stadiums in regards to the price of tickets, hot dogs, beer and parking, we looked at which major league stadiums are most inexpensive for Las Vegans to visit.
