Abreu, Young power Stults, 51s past Beavers

Tony Abreu went 4-for-5 with a triple and an RBI and Delwyn Young drove in two runs Friday night to lead the 51s to a 6-1 Pacific Coast League victory over the Portland Beavers in Portland, Ore.
Las Vegas starter Eric Stults held Portland to five hits and one run over six innings to get his third victory in seven decisions this season. He struck out seven.
Abreu raised his batting average to .360.
Young doubled and singled and Sergio Garcia added his third home run of the season for Las Vegas (19-21), which has won the first two games of the four-game series.
Mike Thompson (0-4) took the loss for Portland (18-22), giving up five runs — but with only two earned after the Beavers committed four errors.
