An online platform connecting homebuyers with sellers nationwide plans to launch in early 2019 and is looking for exclusive partners in Southern Nevada to complete real estate transactions.
Called Ebuyhouse, Las Vegas will be the first marketplace where the listing and transaction platform is launched for people to buy or sell a home on their own but with a la carte services. After the service is launched in Southern Nevada, markets in Reno, Southern California, the Bay Area, Northern California and Arizona, Washington and Colorado will be targeted.
“Ebuyhouse is to the real estate industry what Uber is to the taxi, Airbnb is to the hotel and Netflix is to the video store,” said John Black, the company’s head of content and marketing.
Ebuyhouse will work with one preferred partner, who benefits from the lead generation, in each stage of the real estate transaction in Clark County.
Unlike other real estate listing sites that promote dozens of lenders, lawyers, etc., Ebuyhouse only connects users with trusted partners, said Joe Hammond, the company’s head of business development. That ensures quality and security for the buyer and the seller, saves time on research and helps close transactions quickly and easily, he said.
“With Ebuyhouse working with the real estate industry on a local level, this is a fantastic opportunity for independent companies in their area to increase market share over their competitors,” Hammond said.
Las Vegas Shorewood Real Estate has been selected as the broker and will have its listings on the site when it’s launched. There are other partnerships available for a mortgage lender, title company, escrow company, attorney, home inspector, staging company and photographer.

Once a buyer has contacted a seller and a price and terms for a real estate transaction have been put into place, the process begins, Black said. The seller will then seek services to complete their side of the deal, and in turn, the buyer will do the same, he said.
“So regardless of where in the process your services come in, Ebuyhouse will be sending you a direct referral,” Black said. “As our trusted partner, we will be pairing you with buyers and sellers who are ready to give you the first shot at their business. For example, when the price is agreed (upon), the buyer will be transferred to our preferred lender. When the escrow is needed, they are put in contact with our escrow partner in that area until close.”
As an exclusive partner Ebuyhouse helps a company’s cost per acquisition plummet and changes how it markets for the better, Black said. Ebuyhouse will invest in large-scale, aggressive consumer marketing campaigns including network television, high-traffic news sites, social media platforms and directed searches targeting sellers to list their house. The more listings means the buyer traffic will follow, he said.
