Root: Obamacare is crippling the U.S. economy
Last Sunday I promised you Part II of Obama: The Worst President Ever. Rather than quoting hundreds of facts proving Obama has wrecked the U.S. economy, I’ll just focus on the centerpiece of the evolving economic disaster — Obamacare.
Obama and his socialist cabal, supported by the mainstream media, have perpetrated the world’s biggest Ponzi scheme. It’s crippling the U.S. economy, bankrupting the middle class, killing jobs and driving up the national debt.
We’ve been scammed. Obamacare was a fraud from the first day.
Most voters have already forgotten that Obama spent billions of our taxpayer dollars to build and fix a defective website. Even more remarkable, those billions were paid to foreign companies who never created American jobs. And Michelle Obama’s Princeton Black Alumni Association classmate was a top executive at one of those companies.
By the way, the total cost for the Obamacare federal and state websites and exchanges is now more than $5 billion. The sites are all headed for bankruptcy.
Then there’s the cost to individuals. Obama promised the average American family’s health-care premium would go down $2,500 per year. Instead it’s up more than $3,000 per year. Isn’t that called fraud? Isn’t that considered “bait and switch?”
Exploding health insurance premiums for middle-class Americans are bringing the economy to a virtual standstill. This is why GDP is close to zero. Consumers have no money left to buy anything. And small businesses have no money left to create jobs. For the first time in the history of America, more businesses close each day than open.
On a personal level, the story is even worse. Like millions of Americans, I’ve seen my health-care premiums skyrocket from $500 per month when Obama took office, to more than $1,700 per month.
But that’s only the start of this fraud. My old policy covered everything. My new policy covers almost nothing. Every medical bill is on me.
This is how Obama paid for millions of uninsured Americans to get health insurance. He ripped off the working people of America, taxpayers and small business owners. He stole from us, so his voters could get health insurance.
And of course, just like in all Ponzi schemes, Obama committed massive fraud and misrepresentation. He sold us Obamacare by stating, “If you like your insurance, you can keep your insurance.” At the moment he said that, internal White House documents reported that more than 90 million Americans would lose their insurance.
This is fraud on a massive scale. If any private-sector CEO perpetrated a fraud like this, with lies like this, he’d be spending life in prison.
