EDITORIAL: It’s time to discuss how to fund a stadium

UNLV’s stadium authority board, which also included tourism leaders, met for a year to develop a plan that could win support from the gaming industry. That followed a different failed stadium initiative. The project is on hold.

The need for a new multipurpose stadium in Southern Nevada is well-established, as are its economic benefits. When do we start talking about how to fund it and build it?
