Cartoons are back

We heard you.

A number of readers complained about the fact that, when we reduced the page count of our Sunday “Viewpoints” section from six back to four pages following the conclusion of this fall’s election season, the Review-Journal also dropped our back-page showcase of syndicated editorial cartoons from around the country.

So, they’re back. This week on the back page of the section, Tom Toles of the Washington Post, Pat Oliphant of Universal Feature Syndicate, and Illinois-based Chris Britt and Ohio-based Chip Bok, both with the Creators Syndicate, weigh in with their visual commentaries on the issues of the day.

Our selection of cartoonists and subjects will continue to vary from week to week. We hope you find them insightful and entertaining.
