CCSD physical education staff provide an introduction to physical activities that can be done at home using everyday objects from juggling to at-home workouts.

First, Kyle “Mr. Z” Zimmerman of Vail Pittman Elementary School shows you how to stay active at using objects you already have it home.

Next, Kyle Templin of Sherkenbach Elementary School demonstrates stretching techniques.
