Temps staying in 60s through the weekend in Las Vegas Valley

Updated November 23, 2018 - 11:26 pm

A cold front bringing lower temperatures and wind is expected to hit the Las Vegas Valley on Saturday evening, according to National Weather Service meteorologist Trevor Boucher.

After a high of 66 degrees on Saturday, the temperature will drop to 46 Saturday evening. Sunday will see a high of 60 and a low of 46.

“Plus they’ll be some clouds filtering the sun, so it should be a tad cooler on Sunday,” meteorologist Alex Boothe said.

The valley will see similar temperatures next week, with highs in the mid-60s and lows in the mid-40s, the weather service said.

Cloudy skies are expected with no rain until late next week. Rain chances will pick up to 10 percent on Wednesday, the weather service said.
