Las Vegas Valley sees a few sprinkles

Parts of the Las Vegas Valley saw a little rain Tuesday morning.

It wasn’t enough to really wet the roads, but chances for that will grow as the day goes on.

The chance for scattered showers and thunderstorms is 40 percent, according to the National Weather Service. The high will be cooler than Monday, with an expected high of 97.

And Wednesday should be more of the same, according to the weather service forecast, with a 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms. The high should be 97.
