Cool, calm Las Vegas conditions forecast through weekend

Updated October 14, 2021 - 6:19 pm

Cool and calm weather will prevail in Las Vegas for the next several days, according to the National Weather Service.

Thursday’s high was 74, about 10 degrees below the normal for this time of year. Meteorologist John Adair said below average temperatures will remain through Sunday.

The normal high this time of year is 83 while the low is about 61.

“Temperatures will creep up a few degrees each day through the weekend,” Adair said.

Light winds are expected until Monday, when a storm in Northern Nevada will push winds of 20 to 25 mph into the Las Vegas Valley.

“The weather pattern is looking fairly tranquil for at least the next five to seven days,” Adair said.

No rain is in the forecast for the coming week.
