Clouds will give way to sun this week in Las Vegas Valley

The Las Vegas Valley has seen its last rain for the foreseeable future, according to the National Weather Service.

Cloudy skies were forecast through Tuesday morning, but the sun will break out Tuesday and skies should remain clear through the week, the weather service said.

Highs on Tuesday and Wednesday are expected to be 63 and 62 degrees, respectively, before dipping to 59 on Thursday and rebounding to 60 on Friday.

Lows will fall from 46 on Tuesday to 41 on Wednesday and 40 on Thursday. The overnight low Friday will drop to 38 and should increase to 40 on Saturday.

Winds should be light throughout the week.
