Calm, sunny weather to grace the valley this weekend

The valley is in for “pretty quiet, boring weather” this weekend, according to the National Weather Service.

High temperatures Saturday afternoon are expected to reach the mid- to upper 60s before lows at night dip to about 46 degrees, said meteorologist Caleb Steele. Skies are expected to be mostly sunny through Sunday.

Temperatures Sunday afternoon should peak again in the upper 60s before lows drop to the upper 40s again at night.

High temperatures in the valley aren’t really trending in one direction or another, Steele said. Las Vegas is “just bouncing around the 60s” for at least the next week.

Monday will see high temperatures in the mid 60s and gusty winds in the afternoon. Tuesday’s forecast will be cloudy with highs reaching 59 degrees in the afternoon.
