Woman struck, killed on I-15 identified

A woman who died after a car crash on Interstate 15 Sunday morning has been identified.

After an earlier accident, Nascha Wallace, 22, of Las Vegas, was exchanging information with another driver on the shoulder of I-15 northbound at Charleston Boulevard around 3:41 a.m.

As the two women exchanged information, Wallace was struck by a Honda and was pronounced dead at 4:20 a.m., according to Nevada Highway Patrol trooper Jeremie Elliott.

The second woman sustained not life-threatening hip injuries from the second incident. The driver of the Honda was not injured.
