Sunday morning car rollover leaves one dead, two injured

One person died and two were injured in a single-vehicle rollover accident Sunday morning south of Mesquite.

A 43-year-old female from California died after being ejected from a 2008 Scion TC near 7:35 a.m. on Interstate 15

at mile marker 99, according to Nevada Highway Patrol Sergeant Kevin Honea.

The car was traveling northbound away from Las Vegas.

A infant boy was also ejected from the car, and was airlifted to University Medical Center with non life-threatening injuries.

Another male adult was taken by ambulance to UMC with non life-threatening injuries.
