A Spaghetti Bowl freeway ramp will close for 30 days starting Monday as crews continue work on the $1 billion Project Neon widening project, the Nevada Department of Transportation said.
The ramp linking northbound U.S. Highway 95 to southbound Interstate 15 will close from 9 p.m. Monday through mid-April, NDOT spokesman Tony Illia said.
