A man was killed in a single vehicle rollover on Interstate 15 early Monday, according to Nevada Highway Patrol.
The man was northbound in a 1993 Oldsmobile just before 2 a.m. when the vehicle left the roadway and rolled near mile marker 54.
His identity will be released by the Clark County coroner’s office.
Police blocked one northbound lane for several hours.
A Clark County School District police officer dressed up as a turkey to walk pedestrians across a busy intersection, raising awareness for pedestrian traffic safety. More than 100 citations were issued for drivers who didn’t yield to pedestrians, or the turkey, police said.
