Arizona woman struck by two vehicles dies

KINGMAN, Ariz. — Two vehicles struck and killed a pedestrian in the northwest Arizona community of Fort Mohave on Monday.

The victim of the 7:20 p.m. accident on Arizona Route 95 was identified as Kerri Twohig, 43, of Fort Mohave.

The Department of Public Safety said Twohig was crossing the highway between Camino Colorado and Camp Mohave when she was first struck by a 2007 Ford F150 traveling south. A second vehicle then struck Twohig, but left the scene of the accident, it said.

Twohig was pronounced dead at the scene. No other injuries were reported.
