The top 100 restaurants in Las Vegas

Where should we eat? What’s the hottest new spot? Is there a place to take my vegetarian mom? A carnivorous best friend? An omnivore relative who hasn’t visited in years?

This list was created after eating thousands of dishes in the valley over the last two years (and informed by almost two decades reviewing restaurants in other places). In addition to exceptionally high-quality food, these establishments all boast excellent service and an appealing energy beyond the menu.

So consider this your guide to navigating the possibilities of the plate in Las Vegas, a list of places that have all been included in my responses to the questions above (and many more).
