What we know a day after shootings on the Las Vegas Strip — VIDEO

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department reported in a 7 p.m. briefing at least 59 dead, more than 525 injured in Sunday night’s mass shooting at the Route 91 Harvest festival on the Las Vegas Strip.

Assistant Sheriff Todd Fasulo, Clark County Commission Chair Steve Sisolak, Rep. Dina Titus, D-Nev., Sen. Catherine Cortez Masto, D-Nev., and Lt. Gov. Mark Hutchinson speak at a media briefing to recap the day of response.

Police found 23 guns in the shooter’s Mandalay Bay hotel room, 19 more in his Mesquite residence.

Blood donation centers have asked those wishing to donate to wait until Tuesday afternoon at the soonest.

Metro is still investigating any potential motives the shooter might have had.
