Fremont Street honors Las Vegas shooting victims — THE DAY IN PHOTOS

The names of the 58 people who were killed at the Route 91 Harvest Festival shooting are displayed on new Viva Vision screen during a video montage honoring victims and first responders on Saturday during the 5th annual Salute to the Troops, at the Fremont Street Experience in Las Vegas.

Services were held for victims of the Route 91 Harvest festival in Riverside, California, and Santa Clara City, Utah, on Saturday. A 2-mile-long ti-leaf lei from Hawaii was presented to Las Vegas at the “Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas” sign and a community garden in downtown Las Vegas.

Vegas Golden Knights players helped Las Vegas heal at a fan fest at the Fremont Street Experience.
