Las Vegas Mayor Oscar Goodman along with Clark County Commissioner Larry Brown made a proclamation Thursday May 14, 2009, declaring ” Summer in Paradise” a full month ahead of schedule for the rest of the country. The proclamation took place at the “Welcome To Fabulous Las Vegas” sign to commenorate the 5oth anniversary of the landmark. A retrospective fashion show was held hosted by Holly Madison.
