Woman killed by truck while crossing North Las Vegas street ID’d

A woman killed when she was hit by a truck in North Las Vegas last month has been identified by the Clark County coroner’s office.

Andela Louise Moore, 42, died on Jan. 18 near the intersection of Berg Street and Cheyenne Avenue, near Civic Center Drive.

North Las Vegas Police said Moore was in a crosswalk without a walk signal when she was struck.

The driver remained on scene and impairment was not suspected, police said at the time.
