Undercover pot delivery man arrested in Lake Havasu

KINGMAN, Ariz. — A Lake Havasu City man who delivered pot like pizza was arrested Wednesday.

Police Sgt. Kirk Cesena said the arrest of Brandon McKimmons, 33, came after a two-month investigation during which undercover officers purchased marijuana from him on more than one occasion.

Cesena said McKimmons took orders and delivered to customers operating as a mobile medical marijuana dispensary under the auspices of “Lake Havasu Cannabicare.”

He said neither McKimmons, nor the business, was properly licensed through state of Arizona protocols.

A search of McKimmons’ home in the 3100 block of Marlin Drive reportedly netted seizure of 5 pounds of pot, 20 grams of marijuana wax, about 150 edible items containing marijuana and about $2,020 in currency.

He was booked into jail on a variety of marijuana-related criminal charges.
