Labor Day in Las Vegas brings first low under 70 of the summer

Labor Day should be mostly sunny with slightly hazy skies and a high of 92 degrees, the National Weather Service said. The haze, caused by California wildfires, should clear by afternoon.

Lows were the first in 97 days to fall below 70 degrees, the Weather Service said.

Temperatures will begin creeping back up with highs of 95 both tomorrow and Wednesday, the National Weather Service said. By the weekend, Las Vegas highs should return to triple digits.
