Kyle Canyon Road closes after crash near Mount Charleston

Kyle Canyon Road was closed for hours after a crash near Mount Charleston, according to the Regional Transportation Commission.

Nevada Highway Patrol and Mount Charleston fire crews were called about 3 p.m. Tuesday to the wreck on Kyle Canyon Road, 11 miles west of U.S. Highway 95.

The crash happened in the westbound lane of Kyle Canyon Road, also known as state Route 157, according to NHP’s traffic site. There were injuries, but the condition of the injured was not immediately available.
