Documents missing in sexual harassment case against Reno city manager

RENO — The Washoe County Sheriff’s Office is investigating after documents relating to a sexual harassment complaint against Reno City Manager Andrew Clinger disappeared.

Sheriff’s officials said the woman who filed the complaint reported the documents she gathered to support her claim went missing from her office July 29.

Sheriff’s spokesman Bob Harmon said the city asked the Sheriff’s Office to investigate the possible theft about a week ago.

Three women have filed a joint sexual harassment complaint against Clinger, who is on paid administrative leave.
