Woman, 21, goes missing, may be suicidal

Las Vegas police are asking the public’s help in finding a 21-year-old woman who might be suicidal.

Andrea Irene Lucero was reported missing Wednesday, a day after she called her work saying she would not be coming in. Family members searched her home and found that Lucero might be wanting to commit suicide. She might be armed with a .38 caliber revolver.

Police are also asking local hospitals, hotels, motels, casinos and other businesses to search their registration records and parking lots.

Lucero, who has brown hair and brown eyes, drives a 2010 dark blue Nissan Sentra sedan with Nevada license plate 756 TXT. She was last seen wearing a black shirt and pants and a black necklace. She has several tattoos, including tattoos on her wrists of a Japanese symbol and stars, according to police.

Anyone with information on the woman and her whereabouts are encouraged to call the department’s missing persons section at 828-5678.
