The valley’s official measuring station at McCarran International Airport reported 0.01 inches of rainfall. The most rain fell near Nellis Air Force Base, where 0.25 inches of rain was recorded. The temperature only reached 67 degrees Wednesday, marking a record record lowest-high for the date. The previous record was 72 on May 18, 1949. The National Weather Service forecasts highs of 75 today and 82 on Friday with no rain either day.
