North Las Vegas crash kills 3 people, injures 1

A multi-vehicle crash on Lamb Boulevard, south of the 215 Beltway, killed three people and left a fourth in “extremely critical” condition Wednesday, North Las Vegas police said.

The crash happened about 5 p.m. when a car on northbound Lamb crossed the center lane and crashed into a sedan, carrying three people, Sgt. Chrissie Coon said.

Three people in the sedan died on scene and the driver of the car that crashed into them, who police only described as a man, was taken to University Medical Center.

The driver of a third car had minor injuries, Coon said.

Police said speed was a factor in this crash, but no other details were released Wednesday night.
