Henderson man killed in Monday morning crash identified

The Clark County coroner’s office has identified the man who died in Monday morning’s single-vehicle crash in Henderson.

Roy Robinson, 66, was northbound on Seven Hills Drive near St. Rose Parkway when he crossed over the center median, crashing into a tree just after 4:30 a.m, Henderson police said.

Robinson was pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators believe he may have suffered a medical episode prior to the crash. It does not appear that speed or alcohol are contributing factors, police said.

Robinson’s death was the ninth traffic-related fatality in Henderson this year.
