Heavy delays clear out on SB 15 to California

Traveling to California on Interstate 15 was a bit of a hassle just before rush hour Monday, but traffic has since cleared, cameras show.
An electronic sign showed that driving from Russell Road to the California state line set drivers back 45 minutes and the I-15 south at Primm looked like a parking lot with bumper-to-bumper traffic.
