Hawaii car crash kills Las Vegas woman
A 2008 graduate of Faith Lutheran Junior/Senior High School died last week in a car crash in Hawaii.
Courtney Ditto, 20, died in a single-vehicle crash on April 30 in Waikane, Hawaii, according to news organization Hawaii News Now.
She was a passenger in the vehicle. The driver of the vehicle, Micah Mench, 27, also died.
The article said the vehicle slammed into a tree. Police said alcohol and speed might have been factors.
After high school, Ditto attended the University of Nevada, Reno.
She moved a year ago to Hawaii, where she worked as a tax preparer.
Ditto’s viewing will be 9 a.m. until noon today at Palm Mortuary, 6701 N. Jones Blvd.
