The Rudy Foundation and The Las Vegas Young Entertainers plan to present Helen Joy’s “Broadway Vignettes” at 7 p.m. Aug. 2 and 3 at the Summerlin Library Performing Arts Center, 1771 Inner Circle Drive. Armed man killed by police in downtown Las Vegas identified

The Clark County coroner’s office identified a man who was shot and killed by police after he allegedly pointed a rifle at officers in a downtown apartment complex.
