FREE PARKING OFFERED FOR RUNNIN’ REBEL MEN’S BASKETBALL GAMES

The Hard Rock Hotel, 4455 Paradise Road, is offering fans of University of Nevada, Las Vegas men’s basketlall free parking at its two garages and complimentary shuttle service to and from the Thomas & Mack Center for all remaining Runnin’ Rebel home games through March 9.

Shuttle pick ups are scheduled to run every 15 minutes to and from the main entrance of each location, beginning two hours before and running for one hour after each game.

SOUTHERN PAIUTE TRIBE TO BE SPOTLIGHTED SATURDAYS AT SPRINGS PRESERVE

The Springs Preserve, 333 S. Valley View Blvd., plans to spotlight the Southern Paiute tribe from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. every Saturday in February.

Valley tribe members plan to share stories, traditional arts and crafts, food customs, drumming and dancing. The event is funded in part by Nevada Humanities.

The event is free for Springs Preserve members or included with paid general admission.

MOB MUSEUM TO CELEBRATE
FIRST YEAR during Feb. 14 event

The National Museum of Organized Crime & Law Enforcement, 300 E. Stewart Ave., plans to celebrate its one-year anniversary Feb. 14.

The first 1,000 guests will receive a commemorative pin. Admission is $10 for Nevada residents.

Museum hours are 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sundays through Thursdays and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays.

SIGN-UPS TO START FOR CLASSES
AT WEST LAS VEGAS ARTS CENTER

Registration is set for Saturday to Feb. 16 for spring classes at the West Las Vegas Arts Center, 947 W. Lake Mead Blvd., running Feb. 20 through March 30.
