If you like choices, Sushi Bay has 26 nigiri selections, six vegetable rolls, 20 sushi rolls, 40 special rolls, six sashimi specials, eight deep-fried rolls and five baked rolls. Where to begin? Several sashimi specials are Chef’s Choice (five, 10 or 20 pieces) and seared tuna salad. Among the specials are Arizona, Brooklyn Bridge, Pink Lady, Spicy Fever, Washington, Last Samurai and Sushi Bay with crab, avocado, cream cheese and super white tuna. Featured sushi rolls are Sunset, Spicy Scallop, Garlic Albacore, Nevada and Sunset with tuna, shrimp, avocado and cucumber. Popular baked rolls are Dynamite (California roll with baked scallop) and Tornado. Among the appetizers are tempura (vegetable, snow crab, calamari, coconut shrimp), baked green mussels, agedashi tofu and shumai (steamed shrimp dumplings). There are skewers (chicken, bacon and asparagus), soups, teriyaki and salads such as seafood, seaweed and tuna poke, a Hawaiian-style tuna salad with ponzu sauce. Try the tempura ice cream (green tea, vanilla). Lunch specials are served daily from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and come with soup, salad and steamed rice. Sushi rolls start at $4.50. All-you-can-eat sushi is $19.95 for lunch and $23.95 for dinner. Sushi Bay is open from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday. — Jack Bulavsky
