I LOVE BURGERS OPENS AT TOWN SQUARE

I Love Burgers has opened its second Las Vegas Valley location at Town Square Las Vegas, 6605 Las Vegas Blvd. South.

Menu items include the Caprese (buffalo mozzarella, tomato, basil, balsamic vinaigrette), Plymouth’s Pride (turkey burger with stuffing and cranberry chutney) and the I Love Bacon (a patty made of brisket and applewood smoked bacon topped with more bacon, bacon mayonnaise and crispy onion straws). All burgers, including beef, bacon, chicken, salmon, turkey and homemade black bean vegetarian, are served on a brioche-style bun.

Mon Ami Gabi at Paris Las Vegas plans to offer a holiday cooking class with chef Terry Lynch from 10 a.m. to noon Dec. 10.

The menu will feature Dijon deviled eggs with Tobiko caviar; smoked salmon, chile and cucumber on gaufrette chips (aka waffle fries); steak tartare on toasted baguettes and mini New England lobster rolls.

CENTRAL MICHEL RICHARD UNVEILS HAPPY HOUR, BAR MENU

Central Michel Richard at Caesars Palace has launched a new bar menu and happy hour program

The bar bites menu is available from 2 p.m. to 4 a.m. daily and includes bacon and onion tart, deviled eggs, cheese puffs, beer-battered onion rings, fried calamari with marinara, beef or chicken sliders with fries and chicken wings. Items are priced from $6 to $15.

Happy hour will be from 2 to 4 p.m. and 2 to 4 a.m. daily. Guests can receive 24 percent off all food items on the bar menu and two-for-one draft beers. Drink pairings are recommended for each item on the bar menu.

EL CORTEZ TO GIVE AWAY MARIE CALLENDER’S PECAN PIE

El Cortez, 600 E. Fremont St., plans to give free slices of Marie Callender’s pecan pie to Club Cortez members from noon to 6 p.m. Dec. 10.

VEGAS STREATS EVENT TO RETURN DEC. 10

Vegas StrEATs plans to host an event in the Fremont Street East District at the El Cortez lot across from the El Cortez, north of Sixth and Fremont streets, from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. Dec. 10.

Food trucks, art vendors, live music with disc jockeys and drinks will be featured. Food vendors set to participate include WTF Pizza, Sno Ono, Pops, Grouchy Johns and Slidin’ Thru, which is presenting the event in partnership with El Cortez and Insert Coin(s).

Drink specials will include $3 Bud Light, Shock Top and Bud Light Lime, $4 Jameson Irish whiskey, Jagermeister and 1800 Silver tequila shots and $2 Pepsi products.

GORDON BIERSCH ANNOUNCES WINTERBOCK BEER AND MENU

Gordon Biersch is offering a seasonal menu and WinterBock beer through Dec. 24.

The menu includes salt and pepper chicken, WinterBock chili, WinterBock chili cheese chips, California Cobb flatbread, red curry shrimp, butternut squash farfalle, WinterBock chili burger, grilled hanger steak and maple salmon. New to the dessert menu is pumpkin cheesecake.

WinterBock beer is a full-bodied blend of caramel and toffie maltiness with a hint of holiday spirit.

Islands Fine Burgers & Drinks, 10810 W. Charleston Blvd., has added the new Point Break Burger to its menu.
