Tivoli Village plans to host a Wine Away Wednesdays event from 5:30 to

Restaurants at the Rampart Casino, 221 N. Rampart Blvd., plan to offer dining specials in March.

Promenade Café is offering Early Riser specials for $3.99 from 5 to 9 a.m. A three-course dinner is $9.99 from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., and a steak and shrimp special is $10.99 with the purchase of a beverage.

The Carmel Room is offering a four-course dinner with a complimentary glass of wine, soup of the day, prosciutto salad and choice of entree (pan-roasted chicken breast with vegetable, grilled prime rib with shrimp over angel hair pasta or combination of 3-ounce tenderloin medallion and shrimp scampi) with creme brulee for $44.99.

KABUKI SET TO OPEN MARCH 28
AT TIVOLI VILLAGE

Kabuki Japanese Restaurant is scheduled to open to the public at 11 a.m. March 28 in Tivoli Village, 400 S. Rampart Blvd., Suite 190.

FLEMING’S DEBUTS NEW COCKTAIL MENU

Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse and Wine Bar, 8721 W. Charleston Blvd., has a new cocktail menu featuring Retro Chic, Modern Martinis and Couture Cocktails.

There are 10 drinks to choose from, including the Sailor Daiquiri from the Retro Chic selections, made with Sailor Jerry rum and pineapple and lime juices. The Limóncello Martini is from the Modern Martinis selections and features Hangar One Citron “Buddah’s Hand” vodka, Luxardo Limóncello and house-made lemon-thyme simple syrup. The Couture Cocktail selections include Milagro Margarita with Milagro Silver tequila and fresh lime juice muddled with cucumber, cilantro and jalapeno.

ANNIE’S GOURMET ITALIAN TO HOST BENEFIT FOR LABRADOR RESCUE

Annie’s Gourmet Italian, 1716 W. Horizon Ridge Parkway, Suite 100, plans to host a spaghetti night fundraiser for Las Vegas Labrador Rescue from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. May 16.

All-you-can-eat spaghetti will be $20 and $10 for children 10 or younger. A portion of the proceeds will go the rescue. A slient auction also is planned, and patrons will be able to meet Labradors available for adoption.

The El Cortez, 600 E. Fremont St., plans to host a viewing party for the Men’s NCAA basketball tournament in its Fiesta Room Thursday through Saturday, with $1 Budweiser drafts and $2 brats. DOWNTOWN CARES PUB CRAWL SET
FOR MARCH 22

The El Cortez, 600 E. Fremont St., will be one of the first stops for the first Downtown Cares Pub Crawl, which is scheduled from 7 to 11 p.m. March 22.

Participants will visit pubs around downtown, including El Cortez, Lady Silvia, Hennessey’s and Mickie Finnz, where they will enjoy drink specials.

The pub crawl will conclude at the Jackie Gaughan Plaza at El Cortez with a raffle drawing, food truck rally and concert.

Twenty percent of sales from participating bars will be donated to Downtown Cares, a new organization dedicated to continuing the revitalization efforts in downtown Las Vegas.

Lupo by Wolfgang Puck at Mandalay Bay, 3950 Las Vegas Blvd. South, is offering a new five-course, prix fixe menu inspired by chef Eduardo Perez’s recent trips to Italy.

The Discover Italy menu features endive and celery salad with Parmesan and garlic-anchovy vinaigrette; prosciutto and Parmesan tortellini; Maine lobster ravioli with marscarpone, parsley and black truffle butter sauce; milk-braised breast of veal with Parmesan polenta, green beans and sage; and roasted baby Forelle pear with almond pistachio cream.

ARTFULLY SWEET FUNDRAISER TO BENEFIT SOUTHERN NEVADA CHILDREN FIRST

The third annual Artfully Sweet fundraiser to benefit Southern Nevada Children First is scheduled from noon to 3 p.m. March 24 at The Ridges, 11277 Marble Ridge Drive in Summerlin.

Artisan treats, live performances and a silent auction are planned. SNCF is a nonprofit organization that provides long-term transitional housing and life skills training to homeless pregnant and parenting teens and young adults ages 16 to 22.

The Venetian, 3355 Las Vegas Blvd. South, and Palazzo, 3325 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plan to host the Friends of James Beard Benefit Dinner at 7 p.m. Monday inside Palazzo’s Friends of James Beard Foundation Room.

The dinner is in honor of the foundation’s 25th anniversary. The multi-course dinner will feature some of The Venetian’s and Palazzo’s all-star culinary talent, with proceeds benefiting the foundation’s scholarship fund. A slient auction also is planned.

Revolver at Santa Fe Station, 4949 N. Rancho Drive, plans to host a St. Patrick’s Day party Saturday, with doors set to open at 8 p.m. Patrons can enjoy $3 Guinness draft beer and shot and drink specials ranging from $3 to $5 until 11 p.m.
