THE ORLEANS PLANS DINING OPTIONS FOR EASTER HOLIDAY
Coasta Cantina at The Orleans, 4500 W. Tropicana Ave., is set to offer an Easter menu from 4 to 10 p.m. Sunday for $15.99 per person.
The appetizer will be orange roughy ceviche, followed by choice of tortilla soup or house salad and entree choices of milanesa con mariscos or camarones ala diabla. The dessert will be mango flan.
The Prime Rib Loft plans to serve a special menu from 5 to 10 p.m. Sunday for $30 per person.
The starter will be pancetta crisps with goat cheese and pear drizzled with honey, followed by choice of roasted corn, pepper and tomato chowder or heirloom tomato and apple salad and entree choices of steak Diane or bacon-wrapped veal loin. Dessert will be red velvet cake.
Canal Street plans to serve a special menu from 5 to 10 p.m. Sunday. Price depends on the entree chosen: tournedos of beef for $35 or stuffed lemon sole for $31. Meals include a starter of seared diver scallop, choice of roasted garlic soup with goat cheese crostini or chilled broccoli and arugula salad and fresh fruit tart for dessert.
The Courtyard Café plans to offer an Easter menu from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday for $12.99 per person.
Entrees come with soup or salad and choices are New Zealand baby lamb chops, roast tom turkey and rum-glazed Virginia ham. Dessert is carrot cake.

FEAST AND FESTIVAL BUFFETS TO SERVE PASSOVER FOODS
Feast Buffets at Station Casinos and Festival Buffets at the Fiestas plan to serve a special Passover-themed menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner Friday and Saturday.
Special menu items include brisket, charoset (a mixture of apples and nuts), matzah brei (matzah and fried egg mixture), potato latkes and beet horseradish.
WILDBURGER LAUNCHING THREE LOCATIONS
Wildburger, a casual burger joint concept, plans to open at three Wildfire Gaming locations this month, becoming the signature restaurant for the Wildfire Gaming division of Station Casinos.
Locations are planned at Wildfire Boulder, 2000 S. Boulder Highway; Wildfire Lanes, 4451 E. Sunset Road, and Wildfire Rancho, 1901 N. Rancho Drive.
Guests will order at the counter and servers will deliver the food. The menu will feature Angus beef, turkey, chicken and a veggie patty option, along with gourmet toppings. The starting price for a burger and fries will be about $7.
The menu also will feature chicken wings, footlong hot dogs, homemade chili, fries and fried onions. Breakfast will include the signature breakfast skillet with Angus patty, cheese, eggs, ham and home fries. Bottled beer, soft drinks, Kona coffee and Naked juices also will be served.
SMASHBURGER OFFERING FRESH MEX BURGER FOR LIMITED TIME
Las Vegas Smashburger locations are offering a new Fresh Mex Burger through April 29.
The burger is topped with fresh avocado, chopped cilantro, onions, pepperjack cheese, lettuce, tomato, sour cream and spicy chipotle mayo on a Mexican roll and served with a wedge of lime.
The Fresh Mex Burger also can be made as a chicken sandwich.

The Rampart Buffet at the Rampart Casino in the JW Marriott, 221 N. Rampart Blvd., plans to serve a Passover buffet menu from 4 to 9 p.m. Friday and Saturday for $16.99 with a Rampart Rewards Card and $18.99 without a card. The menu is set to include chopped chicken liver, whitefish salad, assorted matzo, matzo ball soup, braised beef short ribs, potato knishes, lox, kasha varnishkas and a carving board with brisket, roast turkey, prime rib, herb-crusted leg of lamb and baked salmon with lemon butter.
An all-day Easter brunch is planned from 9:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday for $16.99 with a rewards card and $18.99 without. The menu is set to include seafood on ice, Easter specialties such as Catalina pork loin, citrus herb Cornish game hens and tortellini with sun-dried tomato vodka sauce and brunch specialties (available from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.), including sunrise lox scrambled eggs, corned beef hash, cooked-to-order omelets and a meat carving station (available all day) with honey baked ham, brisket and herb-crusted leg of lamb.
Ceres plans to serve a buffet brunch Sunday, with seatings at 9 and 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. The cost is $52 for adults and $24 for children. Raising Cane’s plans to donate 100 percent of its profits Sunday to Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada.

Advance tickets are on sale for the second annual Great Vegas Festival of Beer, which is planned from 5 to 9 p.m. April 21 at Tivoli Village, 302 S. Rampart Blvd.
The event is presented by Motley Brews and is set to feature more than 150 brews from across the Southwest, with a portion of the proceeds to benefit area nonprofit groups.
Paid ticket holders will be able to access express entry lines. Beer tasting tickets are $27 for presale and $37 at the door, if available. The Brewer’s VIP Lounge is $37 presale and $47 at the door. Designated Driver tickets are $15 and are available only at the door.
