Enjoy Easter champagne brunch
at Fremont, Main Street

The Paradise Buffet and Café at the Fremont, 200 Fremont St., plans to serve an Easter Sunday champagne brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for $16.99 or $14.99 for guests with a B Connected card.

The menu includes a carving station with prime rib, roast turkey and baked ham, omelet and egg station, lamb chop, baked tarragon chicken and crab claws.

The Garden Court Buffet at Main Street Station Casino, 200 N. Main St., will serve an Easter buffet from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. for $16.99 or $14.99 for B Connect card holders.

The menu includes soup, a carving station with prime rib and baked ham, entrees, including turkey with giblet gravy, pork loin, coconut shrimp and oxtail stew; and salads and desserts. Champagne will be served all day.

Springs Cafe plans Easter brunch

The Springs Cafe at the Springs Preserve, 333 S. Valley View Blvd., plans to host an Easter brunch from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.

The cost is $29.95 for adults, $12.50 for children ages 4 to 12 and free for children 3 or younger.

An a la carte brunch is hosted every Sunday from April through June from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Cannery announces dining specials

Restaurants at the Cannery, 2121 E. Craig Road, plan to serve dining specials during April.

The Cannery Row Buffet is set to serve an Easter brunch from 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday for $14.99 for adults and $10.99 for children, featuring maple- and beer-braised pork loin, seafood thermidor, salmon Milano, veal stew, penne pasta with shrimp scampi, New York steak, oysters on the half shell, cocktail shrimp, prime rib, roast leg of lamb and ham.

Victory’s Cafe is offering a steak and shrimp special for $9.99 with an 8-ounce New York steak, deep-fried shrimp, potato, vegetables and soup or salad. The Easter Day special will be served from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. and will have honey ham with bourbon sauce, chef’s potato and vegetable and soup or salad.

Waverly’s Steak House is offering Wine Wednesdays with 50 percent off any bottle of wine with the purchase of two entrees. A four-course dining special has shrimp cocktail appetizer, house salad, prime rib with Yorkshire pudding, Savoyard potatoes, creamed spinach, assorted bread basket and chocolate mousse for $25.99 and is available Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Happy hour is from 5 to
6:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday with special appetizers and half-price martinis.

Vino’s Ristorante is offering an Easter menu with chicken Salerino (pan-seared chicken breast with pancetta, tomato, green onion and red wine butter sauce topped with Fontina cheese) served with zucchini fritter and risotto for $14.99 from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m.

Top of the World to serve Easter buffet

The Top of the World restaurant at the Stratosphere, 2000 Las Vegas Blvd. South, plans to serve an Easter Grand Buffet from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Sunday.

The buffet will have five stations: iced shellfish (shrimp cocktail, oysters on the half shell, ahi tuna poke), antipasto (chili citrus Waldorf salad, baba ghanoush), a hot station (crab Benedict vol au vent, Yukon Gold potato gratin, seared miso-marinated Scottish salmon), a hot action station (Belgian waffles, pepper-crusted New York steak) and a dessert station (chocolate fountain, petite pastries).

The cost is $39.99 per person without champagne and $42.99 with champagne (for adults 21 or older) and $20 for children 10 or younger.

Blindconnect to host blindfolded meal

Blindconnect plans to host Blind Date, a dining in the dark experience, at Texas Station, 2101 Texas Star Lane, May 5.

Guests will experience a three-course meal while wearing blindfolds. Blind and visually impaired ambassadors will be at each table to provide helpful hints and share blindness information. A silent auction and presentation of the described video “Angela’s House” also are planned.

Blindconnect is a nonprofit organization that provides referrals and peer support to blind and visually impaired Southern Nevadans.
